Scrum Master Agile Project Manager

We are looking for Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies and Strong leadership and communication skills with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Key Requirements: 

• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp for managing tasks and tracking progress.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Ability to organize and manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Experience in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
• Experience with other project management platforms like Slack, Monday.com, or Notion may be beneficial.
• Organizing tasks into epics, user stories, and tickets using tools like Jira or Trello.
• Excellent people and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Training, mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices
• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
• Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
• Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
• Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
