We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Ad Campaign Marketing Specialist/Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate is adept at strategizing and executing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their business objectives through data-driven insights and creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Management:

Plan, create, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to optimize performance and engagement.

  • Strategy Development:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop advertising strategies tailored to specific business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging advertising platforms to keep strategies innovative and effective.

  • Data Analysis:

Monitor campaign performance metrics across platforms, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and platform-specific dashboards to refine campaign strategies and ensure ROI.

  • Budget Management:

Allocate and optimize advertising budgets across multiple platforms to maximize impact.
Report on spend versus performance metrics, identifying areas for cost efficiency and campaign improvements.

  • Client Communication:

Provide regular updates and detailed performance reports to clients, along with data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing their goals and ensuring alignment with campaign strategies.

  • Innovation and Testing:

Experiment with new ad formats, targeting strategies, and emerging platforms to explore growth opportunities.
Identify creative ways to engage audiences and drive conversions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Pinterest; experience with other platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, and related analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance metrics and translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Zapier, and automation tools for advertising workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions are highly desirable.
