Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager

We are seeking a Junior Scrum Master with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply Agile principles, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to support planning, execution, and delivery.

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Mentor and support teams in adopting Agile practices and mindsets.

• Track progress and team performance, identify improvement areas, and implement best practices.

• Organize product demos, sprint reviews, and testing activities.

• Remove team impediments and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Maintain clear documentation and report project status and KPIs to stakeholders.

• Ensure effective use of tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or equivalent for task and workflow management.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile project role.

• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.

• Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Slack, Notion, or Monday.com.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Experience tracking and reporting KPIs, team velocity, and other Agile metrics.

• Ability to break down work into epics, user stories, and actionable tasks.
