Job Description:
We are looking for a strong Technical Scrum Master who understands both Agile delivery and development.
This is a hands-on execution role . You will work closely with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams to ensure sprint commitments are realistic, technically sound, and delivered with high quality. Should have practical technical understanding of MERN , PHP stack and DevOps workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Delivery & Execution
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Ensure sprint commitments are realistic and measurable
- Track velocity, burndown, throughput, cycle time
- Proactively remove engineering blockers
- Ensure backlog grooming and story readiness
- Manage cross-team and cross-module dependencies
- Drive predictable release cycles.

Ability to break down work into epics, user stories, and actionable tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- CSM / PSM certification
- Prior experience as Developer / QA / DevOps Engineer (strong advantage)
- Experience in SaaS or scalable platforms
- Experience handling multi-tenant systems.

- Jira / ClickUp / Trello
- GitHub / GitLab
- Confluence / Notion
- Postman (API testing)
- Monitoring tools
