LOCATION: CHENNAI / HYBRID


We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell our Education and Healthcare SaaS platforms, including AI-powered learning systems and digital health solutions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, comfortable with field sales, and capable of building strong relationships with institutions, clinics, and healthcare providers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell AI-powered Education (EdTech) and Healthcare (HealthTech) SaaS solutions to schools, colleges, clinics, and hospitals
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct in-person meetings across Chennai and nearby regions with academic institutions and healthcare providers
  • Deliver product demos, presentations, and walkthroughs tailored to educators, administrators, doctors, and clinic staff
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including principals, management, doctors, and clinic owners
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and pipeline in CRM systems
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns, feedback loops, and customer success
  • Gather on-ground insights from customers to help improve product offerings

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or field sales
  • Experience or strong interest in EdTech, HealthTech, or SaaS products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel locally (Chennai and nearby areas)
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Basic understanding of software platforms, SaaS models, or digital products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS, IT solutions, or subscription-based products
  • Prior experience working with schools, colleges, hospitals, or clinics
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Exposure to AI-based products or digital transformation solutions
